At Utah Tech 2023-24 (Redshirt Freshman): Played in 12 games ... totaled 57 minutes on the season averaging 4.8 minutes per game ... logged a season-high 12 minutes at Utah Valley (Jan. 20) scoring a season-best seven points ... posted 19 total points ... grabbed nine rebounds on the season ... recorded a season-best three rebounds at Utah Valley (Jan. 20) ... swiped steals in two contests with a season-best three against North Dakota (Dec. 16) ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2022-23 (Freshman): Redshirted ... no season appearances.

At Copper Hills High School: Earned four varsity letters in basketball and was a three-year starter … was the 2020 Utah 6A scoring leader at 23.3 ppg and averaged 6.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists on his way to region MVP and first team all-state honors … also collected first team all-region and third team all-state as a junior … helped lead the Grizzlies to three-straight Region 3 titles … was an academic all-region pick and graduated with a 3.65 GPA. 
 
Personal: Born in West Jordan, Utah … parents are Michael and Melissa Hutchings … father Michael played college football at Western Michigan … also recruited by Montana Western, Salt Lake CC and Snow College … favorite team is the Utah Jazz … favorite player is Donovan Mitchell … plans to major in business.
