Biography
In her career at Dixie State: Stewart transferred to Dixie after playing two seasons at Snow College. In her two seasons as a Trailblazers, she played in 37 games and made 35 starts. She scored four goals and had six assists. She’s recorded 35 shots with 12 on goal.
At Dixie State: 2020 (SENIOR) – Appeared in 15 matches and made 13 starts … Racked up 1096 minutes played ... scored one goal and had one assist ... recorded three total points … attempted 17 shots (5 SOG … earned WAC Honorable Mention
At Dixie State: 2019 (JUNIOR) – Appeared in and started all 22 matches … scored three goals, including the game-winning goal vs. Seattle Pacific (9/7) … posted four assists and 10 total points … attempted 19 shots (8 SOG) … converted a penalty kick in the shootout vs. Texas Woman’s in the opening round of the NCAA Division South Central Regionals … earned All-RMAC Honorable Mention honors.
At Snow College (2017-18): Played two seasons for the Badgers and was a two-time all-Scenic West Conference Player of the Year and NJCAA All-American selection … helped lead Snow to a 17-1-1 overall record and to a SWAC championship in 2017 and was named SWAC region tournament MVP … tallied 33 goals and seven assists over her two years as a Badger, including 18 goals with six assists during her freshman campaign.
At American Fork High School: Won three varsity letters in soccer and was part of the Cavemen’s region championship winning team in 2016.
Personal: Born in American Fork, Utah ... parents are Ray and Denise Stewart … father Ray played college basketball at BYU-Hawaii and UC Santa Barbara as well as professionally overseas, and mother Denise was a UVU cheerleader … played club soccer for Arsenal SC … also recruited by Arizona, North Dakota State and Westminster College … favorite team is the Golden State Warriors … favorite athlete is Odell Beckham Jr. … currently majoring in nursing.
