Biography

At Dixie State 2017: Missed the entire season as an injury redshirt.

2016: Started in 14 of 23 matches and played in 69 total sets … led the team in solo blocks (9) and was second in block assists (58) and total blocks (67) … collected five or more blocks four times, including a career-high 10 total blocks (two solo) vs. BYU-Hawaii (11/14) … her 10 blocks were the second-best single game total in DSU’s NCAA-era … wound up fourth on the team in kills with 128 to go along with .301 hitting percentage (#5 on DSU’s single-season list), 23 digs and four assists … posted double figures in kills twice, highlighted by a 12-kill effort vs. Dominican (11/5) … was named PacWest Defender of the Week (11/21) ... earned Academic All-PacWest honors.

At BYU-Hawaii 2014-15: Played two seasons at BYU-H, where she led the Seasiders with seven solo blocks and 67 total blocks last season ... finished third on the team with 216 kills and was second in hitting percentage at .316 ... made the Dean’s List all four semesters.

At Hurricane High School 2013-14: Transferred to Hurricane HS in 2013 and helped lead the Tigers to the Utah 3A state volleyball title ... was named Utah 3A MVP and earned first team all-region and all-state honors ... was named HHS Student of the Month in English and was an all-academic Region 9 volleyball selection.

At Moapa Valley High School 2011-13: Was a two-time Nevada All-State academic selection in volleyball ... was the 2012 Nevada 3A track and field champion in the 100-meter hurdles and long jump ... broke the MVHS school record in the hurdles and was named MVHS Most Outstanding Freshman.

Personal: Born in Henderson, Nevada ... parents are Richard and Kristina Reid ... husband’s name is Colton ... also recruited by Point Loma, Winthrop, Saint Mary’s and Alaska-Fairbanks ... favorite team is the Utah Jazz … favorite athlete is Lolo Jones … currently majoring in CIT/web design & development.
