High School: Lettered all four years at Olympia High School... earned All-League Honorable Mention and Second Team All-League honors during her career... maintained a 4.0 GPA during her entire career and was a member of the Honors Society ... voted most inspirational for a pair of seasons

Personal: parents are Christopher and Michelle Heistand... favorite sports teams include OL Reign, the Seattle Mariners and the Seattle Kraken... played club soccer for Washington Premier... most memorable sports moment was being in a dog pile after her teammate scored a last-minute game-winner in the quarter finals of the State Tournament... also recruited by Montana, Northern Arizona, Seattle U, South Dakota and Pacific Lutheran... currently majoring in Bio Med with aspirations of becoming a dermatologist ... her biggest influence are her parents as they push her to be the best version of herself as an athlete, I’ve learned how to compete from their teachings ... favorite athlete is Julia Ertz.

Why she chose Utah Tech: "I chose Utah Tech because it fit my educational needs and also gave me the opportunity to play soccer at a higher level. I also love the beautiful landscape and outdoors southern Utah has to offer."
