At Grand Canyon 2024 (Freshman): Did not appear in any matches during the regular season … competed in all spring matches during the offseason, helping the Lopes go undefeated.

High School: A two-time letter winner at Skyline High School in Salt Lake City, Utah … helped the Eagles win Utah Class 5A state championships in 2022 and 2023, totaling three goals and seven assists in her junior and senior seasons combined, and reach the state semifinals in 2021 … held a 3.89 GPA. 

Personal: Daughter of Jenny and Gavin Leonard … played club soccer for Utah Avalanche (ECNL and WPSL), winning Utah State Cup in 2023 and reaching the Surf Cup finals in 2021 … listens to “No Air” by Jordin Sparks before each match … favorite team is the United States Women’s National Team and favorite athlete is Sophia Smith … favorite artist is Drake and favorite book is “The Obstacle is the Way,” by Ryan Holiday … favorite movie is “Mamma Mia!,” favorite actor is Dylan O’Brien and favorite TV show is “Psych” … plans to pursue a career in physical therapy, helping athletes recover from injuries and improve their overall health and performance … biggest influence on her has been Amy Lepeilbet, Utah Avalance coach and former USWNT player, who has helped Leonard every step of her career … also recruited by Grand Canyon, Cal Poly, Troy and Indiana State.
