At Dixie State: 2019 (JUNIOR) – Appeared in 18 matches with 18 starts before suffering a season-ending injury … scored a career-best eight goals … ranked second in the RMAC with nine assists … finished the season with 25 points … scored two goals in two different matches (vs. CCU, vs. WCU) … attempted 46 shots (20 SOG) … second team All-RMAC selection … earned D2CCA and United Soccer Coaches second team All-South Central Region honors … first team Academic All-RMAC and CoSIDA Academic All-America selection.
2018 (SOPHOMORE): Collected all-RMAC honorable mention recognition and finished second on the club in assists (4), t-second in points (14) and third in goals (5) … three of four assists came in the final weekend of the regular season in a home sweep of Colorado Mesa (two assists) and Western Colorado (one assist) … was a First Team Academic all-RMAC selection.
2017 (FRESHMAN): Saw time in 15 matches with five starts … collected her lone point of the year on an assist in a 5-1 home win vs. Chaminade (9/21) … was credited with seven shot attempts, three on frame … earned Academic All-PacWest honors.
At American Fork High School: Was a three-time all-region and Deseret News all-state pick, earning second team honors in 2015 and first-team accolades in 2016 … was a four-year letter winner and three-year starter for the Cavemen, and was named region MVP as a team captain in her senior season … helped lead the Cavemen to a 2015 state 4A quarterfinal appearance, and a 2016 undefeated region record and state semifinal finish … named AFHS MVP in 2015 and all-region midfield MVP in 2016 … was a four-time academic all-region selection.
Personal: Born in Provo, Utah ... parents are James and Rachel Cook … also recruited by Elon University and Snow College … favorite team is the Golden State Warriors ... favorite athlete is Donovan Mitchell … currently majoring in business administration.
