At Utah Tech 2024 (GRADUATE): All-WAC Second Team … started all 17 games, totaling 1,470 minutes … went the full 90 in 13 games, including all seven conference matches and the Trailblazers’ WAC Tournament match against Seattle U … helped Utah Tech earn shutouts against Omaha, Westminster and Southern Utah ... earned academic all-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2023 (SENIOR): All-WAC Second Team… named WAC Defender of the Week on Oct. 3… named to College Sport Communicators' Academic All-District team... also voted a team captain by her teammates… played every single minute of the 2023 season, 1800 in total across 20 starts on the Trailblazer back line… played a role in four clean sheets… credited with an assist in a 1-1 draw against Grand Canyon on Oct. 1… season-high three shots in a 3-0 victory over SFA on Oct. 5… finished the year with six total shots, two of which were on target.

At Utah Tech 2022 (JUNIOR): Second Team All-WAC... Started all 18 games, ranking second on the roster with 1,580 minutes plated... 15 games of at least 90 minutes played... assisted on the game-winner against Sam Houston on Oct. 7... had a shot on goal against Grand Canyon on Oct. 21... finished the year with five shots.

At Snow College 2020-21 (FRESHMAN/SOPHOMORE): Started 30 of her 31 appearances across two seasons at Snow College, playing 1,970 minutes... twice played 110 minutes in a single game... helped anchor a back-line that held opponents to just 18 goals in two seasons... finished her Snow College career with four shots (two on goal)... team captain both seasons... two-time NJCAA National Tournament All-Tournament Team selection... named to the Scenic West Conference All-Tournament team after both seasons... also a First Team All-Conference selection.

High School: Three year starter and letter winner at Maple Mountain HS... won the state championship her sophomore season... also a 5A First Team All-State selection.

Personal: Daughter of Melissa and Erik Knutzen... credits her parents and teammates as the biggest influence on her sports career, saying, "they have sacrificed so much to give me amazing opportunities."... favorite sports team is the Seattle Seahawks... played club soccer for Utah Storm... also recruited by Division-II schools in Kansas and Arizona... loves playing against Grand Canyon... currently a Criminal Justice major.

Why she chose Utah Tech: "I chose Utah Tech University because it felt like another home to me. I love the campus, the weather, the team and I wanted to play Division-I soccer for an up-and-coming program. I’m excited for this amazing opportunity and look forward to the next few years of soccer."
