Biography
At Utah State Cross Country 2025 (FRESHMAN): Did not compete during the cross country season.
HIGH SCHOOL: A six-time letterwinner in cross country and track & field at Orem (Utah) High School… Earned all-state honors in cross country and track & field… Finished second in the 3,200 meters and the 4x800-meter relay at the USHAA 4A Track and Field Championships as a senior in 2025… Took third in the 1,600 meters and the 3,200 meters at the state championships as a junior in 2024… Finished her high school career with personal-best times of 2:17 (800), 5:06 (1,600), 10:51 (3,200) and 17:36 (5,000)… Helped the Tigers to a third-place state finish in cross country in 2024… Played soccer at Orem HS, earning two letters… Graduated with a 4.0 GPA.
PERSONAL: Daughter of Matthew and Lindsey Embley… Has three siblings.
