At Utah Tech 2024 (SENIOR): competed in all six meets ... was the Trailblazers' fifth-fastest finisher at the NCAA West Regional posting a 6K time of 23:10.3 ... competed at the WAC Championships finishing 53rd overall clocking a time of 23:11.57 ... ran the fastest 6K of the season at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite with a time of 23:05.8 to finish 131st overall ... competed in a pair of 5K races at the season-opening Utah Valley Invite (19:35.0) as well as the open division of the UCR Invite (19:00.3) ... placed 43rd overall at the SUU Invite in the 5K posting a time of 15:39.70 ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2023 (JUNIOR): Competed in a pair of meets ... finished 41st at the Southern Utah Color Country Invitational with a 4K time of 16:35.06 ... placed 166th overall at the UCR Highlander Invitational with a 6K time of 23:59.0.

At Utah Tech 2022 (SOPHOMORE): Did not compete.

At Utah Tech 2021 (FRESHMAN): Competed in all five races ... was part of the team that posted a program record 21:49 (6K) team top five average at the WAC Championships ... posted a season best 24:50.4 (6K) at the Highlander Invitational in Riverside CA

At Milford High School: Earned 16 varsity letters four each in cross country, track, basketball, and volleyball ... helped her teams to three Utah 1A state championships, cross country in 2017 and 2019 and basketball in 2020 ... was the Utah 1A state champion in the 300 hurdle sophomore year ... was first team all state four times in cross country, four times in track, and twice in volleyball

Personal: Born in St. George, Utah … parents are Jeep and Nisha Spaulding … also recruited by Utah Valley and Idaho State ... currently majoring in Secondary English Education
