At Utah Tech 2024 (SOPHOMORE): competed in all six meets ... was the Trailblazers' sixth finisher at the NCAA West Regional clocking a 6K time of 23:20.8 ... also posted a time of 22:43.94 in the 6K at the WAC Championships finishing 47th overall ... ran a season-best 6K at the UCR Invite posting a time of 21:51.6 ... placed 63rd in the 5K at the season-opening Utah Valley Invite ... was UT's fifth-fastest finisher at the SUU Invite checking 33rd overall while clocking a time of 15:22.13 in the 4K ... final performance of the season came at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite recording a time of 22:52.8 in the 6K ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech 2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in four meets ... finished 31st at the Southern Utah Color Country Invitational clocking a time of 16:04.51 ... placed 57th at the Utah Valley Invitational with a 4K time of 19:21.2 ... came in 132nd and 152nd, respectively in the 6K at the UCR Highlander Invitational (23:16.1) & the UCR Invitational (23:41.9) ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Pitman High School: Earned varsity letters in both cross country and track for the Pride … stats and awards not available. 
 
Personal: Was born in Turlock, California … parents are Ross and Kristi Day … father Ross played college basketball at Southern Utah … also recruited by Fresno State and Stanislaus State … plans to major in business.
 
Why I Chose Utah Tech: “I chose Utah Tech because I wanted to be a part of such a great team and to live in St. George. It is such a nice place and the school is beautiful. I really wanted to be coached by Coach Decker and to be involved in such a great program”
