At Dixie State: 2017-18 – Played in 21 games and made 20 starts, averaging 30.4 minutes per game as a freshman … averaged 10.5 points and 4.6 assists per game … shot .349 from the field and .785 from the free throw line … scored a career-high 24 points at California Baptist (12/16/17) … dished out a career-high nine assists at Western Oregon (11/11/17) … earned PacWest All-Academic honors.
At Alta High School: Earned four varsity basketball letters … averaged 16.8 points, 6.8 assists, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.6 steals per game as a senior … earned first team All-Region, first team All-State, and Region MVP honors … graduated in June 2017.
Personal: Born in Sandy, Utah … parents are Jeramie and Toni Martin … currently majoring in exercise science.
Why I Chose Dixie State: “I chose Dixie State first and foremost because of the coaching staff. I have had a great relationship with them since my freshman year in high school and when it really came down to it I felt that they had my best interest at hand and really wanted me here. I also am excited to be part of building something special at Dixie and look forward to those opportunities. Dixie State is a good school and a good fit for me, and I am really excited to be a Trailblazer.”
