At Utah Tech 2023 (RS-Sophomore): Started in six of 11 games played and finished the year with 29 total tackles (15 solo), one sack and two PBUs … tallied 18 total tackles over a four-game stretch to end the season, including season highs of five tackles against Eastern Kentucky (10/28), Austin Peay (11/11) and Southern Utah (11/18) … collected his first collegiate sack in the home opener vs. Montana (9/9) … collected academic all-WAC honors.       
 
At Utah Tech 2022 (RS-Freshman): Played in all 11 games with six starts and posted 34 total tackles (24 solo) with 0.5 TFL ... registered first collegiate interception in the season finale at BYU (11/19), and returned it 27 yards ...  racked up a career-high eight tackles (5 solo) vs. Tarleton (11/12) ... finished with four PBUs and a blocked kick on special teams.

At Utah Tech Fall 2021 (COVID-Freshman): Saw time in the final two games of the season vs. Fort Lewis (11/13) and Missouri State (11/20) … did not record a stat.  
 
At Utah Tech Spring 2021 (Freshman): Did not play during that season.  
 
Before Utah Tech: Played his senior season at Chaminade High School and finished with 21 tackles, two interceptions and one forced fumble … earned all-CIF and first team all-Mission League honors … also played three seasons at Palmdale (CA) HS, where he played both receiver and in the defensive backfield. 
 
More on Jayden: Born in Palmdale, California ... parents are Anthony Sheridan and Janice Banks ... also recruited by South Dakota and Delaware State … favorite team is the Seattle Seahawks … favorite player is Jalen Ramsey ... currently majoring in business management.
