Emily Chamberlain

Fresh off her stellar six-year Trailblazer playing career, Emily (Isaacson) Chamberlain begins her coaching career with the Utah Tech women's basketball program ahead of the 2025-26 season as an assistant coach. 

Chamberlain, who was a 2021-22 second team all-WAC pick, closed her storied career as the program's all-time leader in 3-point field goals made (259) and 3FG percentage (.3997), and finished as Utah Tech's third all-time leading scorer (1,199 pts) and fourth all-time leading rebounder (599). 

She is also one of only three players in program history with at least 1,195 points and 595 rebounds, and wound up third all-time in steals (133) and field goals made (409), and fourth in career blocks (66).

In addition, Chamberlain is ranked in the program's career top-10 in games played (7th - 104) and started (2nd - 104), field goals made (3rd - 409) and attempted (4th - 927), 3FG attempted (2nd - 648), steals (3rd - 133) and blocks (4th - 66). She also owns Utah Tech's single-season record for 3-pointers made (88 in 2021-22). 

Chamberlain was a four-time Academic All-WAC and two-time College Sports Communicators Academic All-District selection. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 3.98 GPA and her Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Sports Management from Utah Tech in 2024, and completed her work on her Master's Degree in Sports Management and Athletic Administration this past May with a 3.96 GPA. She and her husband Traedon, who is a former Trailblazer men's soccer student-athlete and current Assistant AD for Game Operations and Facilties, live in St. George.
