Brennon Schweikart enters his first season as a women's basketball assistant coach at Dixie State.
Schweikart comes to DSU after serving as a women’s basketball graduate assistant at Weber State from 2014-16. He helped lead the Wildcats to a 23-12 record and a runner-up finish in the 2016 Women’s Basketball Invitational Tournament.
Prior to his time at WSU, Schweikart served as a women’s basketball assistant coach and gym manager at Bellevue College during the 2013-14 season, overseeing the team's scouting and recruiting efforts. He helped lead the Bulldogs to a 22-9 record and a North Region first-place finish in the Northwest Athletic Conference.
Schweikart served as a women’s basketball student assistant at BYU-Hawaii from 2011-13. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science from BYU-H in 2013, and a Master’s degree in communication from Weber State in 2016.
