At Utah Tech 2023-24 (Freshman): Appeared in 23 games ... played in 220 total minutes ... averaged 9.6 minutes per game ... totaled 69 points ... scored in double figures in a pair of games with a season-best 14 points at Tarleton State (Jan. 27) ... grabbed 17 rebounds corralling a season-high four rebounds at Grand Canyon (Feb. 15) ... dished out 15 assists with a season-leading four assists vs. FIU (Dec. 30) ... swiped seven steals with a season-high pair at Seattle U (Jan. 4) ... sank four field goals against Tarleton State (Jan. 27) ... totaled three games with three pointers, vs. FIU (Dec. 30), at Abilene Christian (Jan. 25), at Tarleton State (Jan. 27) ... sank 20-of-28 from the free throw line, including hitting 5-of-7 from the charity stripe vs. FIU (Dec. 30).

High School: Four-time varsity letter winner between Coronado High School (Henderson, Nev.) and Liberty High School (Las Vegas, Nev.)... named the 2022-23 Liberty High School Male Athlete of the Year… averaged 17.4 points, 2.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists and 3.4 steals per game as a senior... holds the Liberty High School record for three pointers made in a single game (17)... helped lead the Patriots to a 2022 Nevada 5A state championship during his junior season… finished his high school career with First Team All-Region, Second Team All-Region and two All-Region Defensive Team honors... named the MVP of the 2022 Damien Classic (Platinum Division) after leading his team to the tournament victory... captain of the 2022 Adidas Dream Vision team… also served as vice president of the LHS Black Student Union, sat on the LHS Hope Squad Anti-Bullying Association and the LHS Anti-Suicide Coalition.

Personal: Son of Jessica Kambala and Kaspars Kambala... Step Dad, Cliff Reed, played at then Dixie State and New Mexico State before playing professional basketball in places like South Korea, China, Mexico and the Philippines... most memorable sports moment was playing in his first nationally-televised game on ESPN... favorite opponent to play against was Bronny James... holds citizenship in three different countries... fan of J. Cole and the New York Knicks... goals include winning the WAC, winning the rivalry against Southern Utah and breaking the three point record at Utah Tech... plans to major in Business... also recruited by several other schools including Weber State, Butler, Wyoming, Eastern Washington, Southern Utah and Montana, among others. 

Why he chose Utah Tech - "I chose Utah tech because as soon as I stepped on the campus it had felt like a home away from home. The coaching staff has been with this program for a long time and they were honest and very truthful throughout the entire recruiting process. Also, they have a chance to make history since they have joined the WAC and I would love to be part of that!"
