Biography
At Utah Tech 2022-23: Started in all 31 games in her debut season and averaged 11.7 points and 3.7 rebounds … scored in double figures 16 times, highlighted by 26-point night on 9-of-10 shooting with three 3-pointers in a home win vs. New Mexico State (2/11), which earned her WAC Player of the Week honors (2/13) … dished out a career-best nine assists and had 13 points at UT Arlington (2/4) … filled the stat sheet with 20 points, seven rebounds, four assists and four steals at UTRGV (2/2) … led all starters in FG% (.509) co-led the team with 48 steals … picked off at least one steal in 27 of 31 games played and finished t-14th in the WAC in steals … finished the year with 80 assists and 14 blocked shots.
Before Utah Tech: Originally signed to play at BYU, where she redshirted during the 2021-22 season … prepped at Logan HS, where she was named Utah 4A MVP, region MVP, defensive MVP and Logan Herald Journal Player of the Year as a senior ... led the Grizzlies to a region championship and a Utah 5A state runner-up finish in 2021 … collected first team all-state selection in all four prep seasons … also earned region MVP and Herald Journal Player of the Year recognition as a freshman and sophomore at LHS … ended her prep career sixth all-time in UHSAA history in scoring with 1,717 points (18.4 ppg) in 93 games … was a McDonalds’ All-American nominee and was named the 2021 All-Valley Female Athlete of the Year … also lettered in track and field and graduated as the LHS school record holder in the long jump … won individual state titles in both the high jump and long jump as a senior.
