At Utah Tech 2024 (FRESHMAN): Started six of her 16 appearances, totaling 794 minutes … dealt her first career assist in the 1-1 draw with Portland State on Sept. 20 … assisted on the game-winning goal at Tarleton State on Oct. 17 … finished the season with two points, two shots, one shot on goal and four yellow cards ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

High School: Four-year letter winner at West Jordan High School ... three-year captain for the Jaguars ... earned Team MVP honors as a sophomore and junior ... as a senior, won the team's Golden Boot after scoring 14 goals ... finished her career with 35 goals and 11 assists ... also earned four letters in basketball and a pair in track and field ... also found success playing basketball and as a sprinter/long jumper, placing in the Top-10 during her sophomore season doing the long jump ... earned a 4.0 GPA and was a member of the honor roll every quarter ... Academic All-State selection in both soccer and basketball.

Personal: parents are Debbie and Layne Nelson ... favorite sports team is Real Madrid ... played club soccer for Utah glory (2018 to 2022) and 7 Elite Academy Saba (2022 to 2024) ... favorite food is sushi ... has to tie her right foot shoe twice before tying her left, and I wear athletic tape on my right wrist.

Why she chose Utah Tech: "I chose Utah Tech because I love St. George, but the main reason was Coach Lexi Brown. She is an amazing coach and I am excited to be coached by her."
