2011: Played 11 games off the bench for the Red Storm...had one hit in six at bats...finished with .167 Batting Average in first season as a Freshman...Had three putouts and two assists at second base.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Spanish Fork HS and took 2nd in State...finished with a .481 BA and .626 OB% for the Dons...Region Champions all four years of her HS career...named Academic All-State in Softball and Soccer...made 1st team All-Region team as a Senior...Received the Siete Award for lettering 7 times while at Spanish Fork HS (4 softball, 2 soccer, 1 basketball).


PERSONAL: Born and raised in Spanish Fork, UT...Parents are Ryan and Lana Nielsen...has three brothers, Logan, Rhett and Cortlen...Older brother Rhett plays on the Dixie State College Baseball team.
