At Dixie State: 2019 (JUNIOR) – Appeared in 21 games and made eight starts … hit .240 with six hits, 6 RBI, and one home run … scored four runs … named to the RMAC Honor Roll.
 
2018 (SOPHOMORE): Appeared in 15 games and made six starts … recorded three hits and scored three runs … earned All-PacWest Academic honors.  
 
2017 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in 11 games as a freshman … recorded four putouts and one assist … earned All-PacWest Academic honors.
 
At Oaks Christian High School: Three-year varsity starter … helped the Lions to the 2016 Marmonte League Championship … garnered second team All-League honors … hit .375 with a .510 on-base percentage … logged a league-best 23 RBI as a senior … named Oaks Christian Utility Player of the Year … received 2016 Lions Award for performance and character on and off the field … graduated in June 2016.
 
Personal: Born in Camarillo, California … parents are Desmond John and Arlene Diaz … father Desmond John played football at Cal Poly-SLO … currently majoring in psychology.
