At Utah Tech 2023: Started in 31 of 43 games played and batted .236 with three doubles, one triple and 11 RBI … saw time at both second base and third base … hit safely in 21 outings with four two-hit games and led the team in stolen bases (10-for-10) … drove in a season-high three runs vs. Stephen F. Austin (3/25) … posted a .921 fielding percentage and helped turn 21 double plays … earned academic all-WAC honors.  
 
At Mount SAC JC (2022-22): Played two seasons for the Mountie program … earned second team all-conference during his sophomore campaign after he batted .311 with three home runs, 37 RBI and 38 runs scored. 
 
At Chino Hills High School: Earned three varsity letters in baseball and was a first team all-league selection as a senior … batted .361 with 19 RBI and 13 runs scored in 27 games during his senior campaign. 

Personal: Born in Whittier, California … parents are Mate’ and Krista Borgogno … father Mate’ played baseball collegiately at Cal State Fullerton and was part of the Titans’ CWS team in 1990, and professionally in the San Francisco Giants organization … is one of three brothers to play college baseball - brother Brett played at CSUF and Cal Poly and brother Ty plays at Long Beach State … favorite team is the Los Angeles Angels … favorite player is Dustin Pedroia ... currently majoring in recreation and sports management.
