At Desert Hills High School: Earned three varsity soccer letters and helped lead the Thunder to a pair of Region 9 titles and a Utah 3A semifinal appearance ... graduated with high honors in May 2014.

Personal: Born in Payson, Utah ... parents Rudy and Shelly Banuelos ... father Rudy played club soccer at Utah Valley University ... also recruited by Westminster College and Cal Poly ... currently majoring in chemistry.
