2016 (FRESHMAN): Appeared in six matches off the bench and was credited with three shots on goal … netted his first collegiate goal vs. the University of Mary (9/11) … attempted two shots on goal at Chaminade (10/15).

At Pine View High School: Lettered in soccer and helped lead the Panthers to a region title and a Utah 3A state runner-up finish in 2015 ... was an all-state selection as a junior after scoring seven goals with six assists ... graduated in May 2016.

Personal: Born in Rosario Nayarit, Mexico ... parents are Sergio and Martha Cardenas ... also recruited by Snow College … favorite team is Real Madrid … favorite athlete is Cristiano Ronaldo … currently majoring in occupational therapy.
