Why I Chose Dixie State: “I chose Dixie State because while I was at JCC I was able to help turn a not so successful program into a successful and more notable program over my two years. When DSU reached out telling me that they were about to move into Division 1, they stood out because of the opportunity they created. I decided that much like my time at JCC, I want to be part of something bigger than just winning games, I want to be a part of the school’s athletic history and the inaugural D1 season. The west coast of the US is all new to me, but I love how different the geography of St George is. It drew me in with such a pretty campus and surrounding area.”
