Tom Trump was born and raised in Bountiful, Utah where he played soccer with the Cougar Club in the Competitive League for 5 years before moving to Southern Utah.
Tom attended Hurricane High School and participated with the inaugural boy's soccer team as team captain and MVP. He ended his senior season with 1st team All-Region soccer honors and sterling scholar academic honors.
After high school Tom attended Dixie State and completed his Associates of Science degree in 2000.
He helped coach the Dixie College Soccer Club team while assistant coaching the Hurricane High School girls and boys soccer teams.
Tom was employed with All Purpose Windows for 10 years in St. George, UT and Albuquerque, NM, where he received the award of General Manager of the Year in 2005.
Tom returned to St. George where he joined the Dixie State’s men's Soccer team with the inaugural season of NCAA Division II competition in 2008. He graduated from Dixie State with a degree in Business Administration in December 2009.
Tom is employed full-time with Utah Hospice Specialists as the Patient Care Coordinator and loves the sacred service of working with terminally ill patients and their families.
He is currently enrolled in the Southern Utah University MBA program, and is projected to complete the degree in 2012.
Tom and his wife Murna have been married for 13 years and are the parents of 5 children, Ashley 11, Shelby 8, Garrett 5, Carl James 3, and Haylee 1.
