At Dixie State 2020-21 (COVID-Freshman): Played in two events in his debut season as a Trailblazer … posted an overall team-high 73.00 stroke average in sixth competitive rounds … fired a collegiate career-low 2-under 70 in the final round at the SUU Pat Hicks Inv’l (2/8) … tied for 30^th-overall at the Sacramento State Invite, where he went 74-72-73.
 
At Utah 2018-20 (Freshman): Joined the Utah program ahead of the 2018-19 season, but sat out the season as a redshirt … did not play in any team events in 2019-20 in a season shortened by the COVID-19 pandemic.  
 
At Fremont High School: Was a four-time first team Utah 5A all-State performer for the Silverwolves … finished in the top-10 in all four Utah 5A state tournaments with runner-up finishes in 2013 and 2014 … was a three time Region 1 medalist (2013-15) … competed in four Junior World Golf Championships (2009, 2011-13 … was a two-time Utah Junior Golf Association Player of the Year … posted two top-15 showings in the 2014 and 2015 Optimist International Junior Golf Championships. 

Personal: Born in Ogden, Utah … parents are Matt and Kristin Chugg … wife’s name is Cassidy … also recruited by Utah, Utah State, BYU, Weber State, Utah Valley and Southern Utah … favorite team is the Utah Jazz … favorite athlete is Tiger Woods ... currently majoring in communication.
