At Utah Tech 2025 (JUNIOR): Competed in five meets ... finished 57th overall at the WAC Championships posting an 8K time of 26:47.0 ... was the Trailblazers fifth finisher at the UCR Highlander Invitational placing 107th overall with an 8K time of 25:26.5 ... opened the season at the NAU George Kyte Classic posting a 33rd-place finish in the 4.5 mile course posting a time of 24:39.5 ... finished 46th at the SUU Color Country Invitational with a 6K time of 21:02.22 ... posted an 8K time of 25:53.1 in the 8K at the UCR Invitational ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.
At Utah Tech 2024 (SOPHOMORE): Competed in four meets ... ran in a pair of 8K races, competing at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite clocking a time of 25:47.9 & also in the Open Division at the UCR Invite taking 154th overall (26:40.4) ... finished 49th in the 6K at the SUU Color Country Invite posting a time of 20:34.30 ... opened the season at the Utah Valley Invite notching a time of 16:03.4 in the 5K taking 86th ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.
At Utah Tech 2023 (FRESHMAN): Competed in a pair of meets ... finished 41st at the Southern Utah Color Country Invitational with a 6K time of 21:53.28 ... helped the Trailblazers finish ninth as a team at the UCR Highlander Invitational clocking a time of 27:44.9 to place 225th.
At Lehi High School: Earned three varsity letters in cross country … earned an ecclesiastical Become Award.
Personal: Was born in Orem, Utah … parents are David and Karina Howell … currently majoring in general education.
