At Dixie State: 2019 (SOPHOMORE) – Competed in all five races … logged two top-40 finishes … recorded a season-best 27th-place (20:25) at the SUU Color Country Invitational … posted the fourth-fastest 8K time (25:20) in program history at the Sacramento State Capital Cross Challenge … RMAC Honor Roll selection.
2018 (FRESHMAN): Competed in all six races … logged two top-40 finishes … recorded a season-best 17th-place (28:10) finish at the UNLV Invitational.
At Yerington High School: Earned four varsity cross country letters … won two regional medals and one state medal … also competed in basketball and track and field … helped the Lions to a regional title and state runner-up finish in basketball … helped team to two state team championships and earned three individual state titles in track and field … graduated in June 2018.
Personal: Born in Reno, Nevada … parents are Robert and Jerri Kirk … also recruited by William Jessup … currently majoring in exercise science.
Why I Chose Dixie State: “I chose Dixie State because Coach Decker was the only person willing to give me the opportunity to be a collegiate athlete.”
