At Utah Tech 2024-25 (Senior): Played in 18 games ... made three starts ... notched a total of 108 minutes, averaging 6.0 minutes per game ... tallied 30 points on the season, averaging 1.7 points per game ... shot 48.1 percent from the field converting 13-of-27 from the field ... hit 30.8 percent from the free throw line connecting on 4-of-13 ... finished ninth on the team corralling 40 rebounds, including 22 offensive ... dished out seven assists in seven games ... ranked second on the Trailblazers with 14 blocks ... nabbed four steals in four games ... registered points in seven games ... notched a career-high 16 points on 8-of-12 shooting from the field vs. Whittier (Dec. 16) ... tallied a double-double against Whittier corralling a career-best 15 rebounds ... played six or more minutes  in 10 contests, including a career-best 11 minutes vs. Whitter (Dec. 16) ... posted a season-leading three blocks in a pair of games, vs. South Dakota (Dec. 19) & vs. Southern Utah (Feb. 27) ...  scored in six other contests.

At Utah Tech 2023-24 (Junior): Redshirted.

At Fullerton College 2022-23 (Sophomore): Started all of the team's 33 games, averaging 5.4 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game for a Fullerton squad that won the CCCAA Championship... scored a season-high 11 points in back-to-back blowout victories over Santa Ana (Jan. 25) and Cypress (Jan. 27), grabbing five and six rebounds, respectively, while blocking one shot in each game... finished the season with two or more blocks in 14 different games, including a season-high five against East Los Angeles on March 11... Howlin also added seven points and 13 rebounds against the Huskies, who were the subject of Netflix's Last Chance U: Basketball series... ended the season with six points, 10 rebounds and three blocks in the championship victory over City College of San Francisco.

At Fullerton College 2021-22 (Sophomore): No season appearances due to injury.

At Jessup University 2019-20 (Freshman): Played in 27 games as a freshman, making nine starts while averaging 4.3 points and 4.1 rebounds per game... scored a season-high 19 against Northwest Christian on Nov. 2... season-high 12 rebounds against Pacific Union on Oct. 22... finished the season ranked seventh in the conference for blocks per game (0.78) and ninth in total blocks (21).

High School: Averaged 15 points and 10 rebounds per game his senior year at La Habra High School.
