At Dixie State

Was a Red-shirt for the 06-07 DSC Men's basketball team. Will play a major role in 07-08. Was also elected captain for his senior year.



Before Dixie State
IDAHO STATE: Started all 26 games. Averaged 10 ppg and 7 rpg. Ranked 2nd in rebounding in the Big Sky Conference.


SNOW COLLEGE: Played the 01-02 season for the Badgers. Had 4 double-doubles and was the team's 2nd leading rebounder. After serving a 2 year Church mission played the 04-05 for the Badgers again. Averaged 13.9 ppg and 9.4 rpg.. Led the SWAC in rebounding.

VIRGIN VALLEY HIGH SCHOOL: Averaged 17 ppg and 13 rpg. Was selected 1st Team All-State. Set school records for blocks and rebounds in a season.



Personal
Parents are Mike and Kaye Winters.. Kasey has two sisters (Stephanie. Kirstin). Married Merridee Spendlove on May 28. 2005. Hobbies include: hunting. 4-wheeling. and golf. Served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the Aregentina Buenos Aires West mission.
