At Dixie High School: Played three seasons for the Flyers and helped lead them to the 2020 Utah 4A state title … earned 2021 Deseret News First Team All-State as a senior after he averaged 21.7 points, 7.3 rebounds 4.2 assists and 2.0 steals a game … scored in double figures in all 21 games in 2020-21 with 12 20-plus point outings, highlighted by a season-high 34 points in the Flyers’ 4A playoff loss to Ridgeline HS (3/1) … knocked down a season-best six three-pointers in that loss and finished the year with 36 made treys … posted a triple-double with 13 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists in a 70-45 home win over Desert Hills HS … was a two-time Region 9 MVP and first team all-state selection overall … wrapped up his three-year prep career with 1,081 points with 118 made three-pointers, along with 267 career rebounds, 160 assists and 72 steals. 

Personal: Born in St. George, Utah … parents are Brandon and Erika Finlinson … favorite team is the Utah Jazz … favorite player is Luka Doncic ... currently majoring in general studies.
