Utah Tech University Athletics

HIGH SCHOOL: Played basketball and football for PineView High School. Played football sophomore, junior, and senior years. Played linebacker with older brother Adam and both were included in the top five in the state for tackles sophomore year.  Received All-Region academic and athletic awards as well as All-State Honorable Mention in football and basketball. Team captain of both his football and basketball teams both junior and senior year. Senior year academic All-Region, Region 9 defensive MVP, 1^st team All-region, 1^st team All-State for both Deseret News and The Salt Lake Tribune.'

PERSONAL: Father Steven is a lawyer and ran track for U of U. Mother Susan is a homemaker and plated Point Guard for Cottonwood High. Brother Adam is serving a mission in Kiev, Ukraine.  Five brothers and no sisters. Little brother Jack is in his sophomore year at PineView High School and plays football and basketball.
