Victoria McMinn

Victoria McMinn joined the Utah Tech Athletics Department as head equipment manager in August of 2025. She oversees all daily operations, maintenance, and distribution of athletic equipment and apparel for the Trailblazers’ 15 athletic programs.
 
Prior to her arrival to St. George, Victoria was a graduate athletic equipment assistant and a football operations intern at Northern Colorado during the 2024-25 academic year. That experience came after serving as a student manager for the Northern Arizona Walkup Skydome facilities from 2021-24. She also worked as a student equipment manager at NAU from 2020-22, and as a training camp equipment assistant with the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2022 and 2023.

A recognized leader in the field, Victoria was presented with the 2022 NCAA Football Student Equipment Manager of the Year award presented by Uncommon Sports Group, and was the recipient of the 2024 Big Sky Conference Basketball Tournament game ball by the conference office.

A native of Glendale, Ariz., Victoria graduated from NAU in 2024 with her Bachelor's degree in Health Fitness Wellness, and her Master's degree in Sports Administration at Northern Colorado in 2025. In addition, Victoria became AEMA certified in April of 2025. She was a two-sport athlete at Ironwood High School, where she lettered in soccer and was the placekicker for the Eagles' football team.
