At Utah Tech 2023 (Freshman): Started in all five games he played in before missing the final four games of the year due to injury … finished second on the defense with four PBUs … racked up 18 total tackles, including a career-high six stops in his collegiate debut at Montana State (9/2) … tallied five solo tackles against both Montana (9/9) and Stephen F. Austin (10/7).   
 
Before Utah Tech: Earned first team all-League and all-CIF honors at Warren High School … led the league with seven interceptions and tallied 11 PBUs on his way to Defensive Back of the Year accolades ... collected WHS Student-Athlete of the Month honors.
 
More on Scooter: Born in Compton, California … parents are Huron and Tynieka Hart-Jackson … also recruited by Weber State, USC, Kansas State, Fresno State, Hawai’i, Georgia Southern, Liberty, Arkansas State and Tennessee State ... currently majoring in business management.
