Before Utah Tech: Played two seasons at Reedley College, where he appeared in nine games … caught eight passes for 114 yards and one touchdown … made both the Dean’s and President’s Lists academically … attended Kingsburg HS and was a two-way player, both at tight end and linebacker … caught five career passes for 44 yards and two touchdowns … racked up 75 total tackles, 54 of which came during his senior season, and tallied one career sack … was a City-County All-Star at tight end and was a second team all-conference pick defensively … also lettered in track & field and served as team captain.
