Utah Tech University Athletics

At Utah Tech 2024: Played in 11 of Utah Tech’s 12 games, and got the starting nod in the final three games of the season … caught 13 passes for 129 yards … posted season highs of seven receptions and 72 yards at Eastern Kentucky (10/26) … hauled in four passes for 38 yards in the home finale vs. West Georgia (11/16) … earned Academic All-WAC honors. 
 
Before Utah Tech: Was a three-sport letter winner in football, basketball and track and field at Ralston Valley High School … earned first team all-Colorado in football and was an all-conference pick in track … currently holds RVHS school records in the 100-meters and long jump … graduated as his class Valedictorian.  
 
More on Josh: Born in Torrance, California … parents are Matt and Brooke Rillos … father Matt played football and mother Brooke played volleyball collegiately at the United States Air Force Academy … wife’s name is Katie … also recruited by Air Force and San Diego State … favorite team is the Denver Broncos … favorite athlete is Michael Jordan … currently majoring in finance.
