At Sandra Day O’Connor High School: Earned three varsity letters in football … racked up 728 receiving yards and nine touchdowns on his way to first team all-region honors … also lettered in track and finished third in the state in the long jump.
Personal: Born in Phoenix, Arizona … parents are Jim and Mary Groff … also recruited by Yale … currently majoring in business management.
