At Dixie State Spring 2021 (COVID-Junior): Played in the final three games of the season and started the finale vs. Fort Lewis (3/27) … was credited with four total tackles, three of which (one solo) came at Kennesaw State (3/20).     
 
At Snow Canyon High School: Earned three varsity letters in football and was an all-region selection as a junior ... also lettered in wrestling and rugby and helped lead the Warriors to a state rugby title in 2016.
 
Personal: Born in Orem, Utah … parents are Oscar Lacayo and Cindy and Brian Powell ... father Oscar played football at Dixie State (JUCO) … also recruited by Utah State, Southern Utah, Colorado Mesa and Alma University ... favorite teams are the Pittsburgh Steelers and Wisconsin Badgers ... favorite athletes are Troy Polamalu and TJ Watt ... currently majoring in exercise science.
