At Crimson Cliffs HS: Earned first team all-region and Utah 4A all-state honors … was also named defensive MVP … lettered in wrestling and was the Utah 4A state heavyweight champion.  

Personal: Born in Aua, American Samoa … mother is Carrie Ponausuia … also recruited by South Dakota … favorite team is the San Francisco 49ers … favorite player is Fred Warner … plans to major in mechanical engineering.
