At Dixie State Spring 2021 (COVID-Senior): Started in all five games and led the defensive line with 28 total tackles (11 solo), which included a team-high 5.5 TFLs and 2.5 sacks … collected a season-high 10 tackles twice against both New Mexico State (2-8; 3/7) and at Kennesaw State (5-5; 3/20) … registered 1.5 sacks in his DSU debut at Tarleton State (2/27) … also tallied two hurries, one PBU and one fumble recovery.
 
At Indiana State 2019 (Junior): Played in 12 games with two starts and was credited with 17 total tackles, including seven solo stops ... notched 3.5 tackles for loss with two sacks ... recorded a season-high four tackles vs. Southern Illinois (11/2).
 
At Snow College 2017-18: Played two seasons for the Badgers and was named a NJCAA Second Team All-American at defensive end ... finished 2018 with 39 tackles including 12 tackles-for-loss for 58 yards … recorded six sacks for 40 yards … picked up one forced fumble and one fumble recovery.
 
At Lone Peak High School: Earned four varsity letters in football and was part of the Knights’ 2012 Utah 5A state championship team … also played rugby and was part of a 2013 national championship (United Rugby) ... graduated in 2014.
 
Personal: Born in San Diego, California ... parents are Manase and Lisa Fotu ... he and his wife Sarah are the parents of a daughter - Nellie ... father Manase played college football at Ricks College and Montana State ... also recruited by Utah, BYU, Weber State and Lamar ... favorite team is the Seattle Seahawks ... favorite athlete is Aaron Donald ... currently majoring in communication.
