At Dixie State 2014: Appeared in seven games as a redshirt sophomore … completed 42-of-85 passes for 561 yards and three touchdowns … rushed for 194 yards and three touchdowns on 68 carries … 2013: Redshirted in 2013.

At Santa Ana College 2012: Appeared in nine games as a freshman … completed 93-of-168 passes for 1,451 yards and 13 touchdowns … rushed for 420 yards and three touchdowns on 84 carries.

At Centennial High School: Named league and team MVP … First Team All-CIF … First Team All-Southern California … Citrus Belt Player of the Year … graduated in June 2012.

Personal: Born in Corona, Calif. … parents are Scott and Cristy Gavett … also recruited by Air Force, Cal Poly, Western New Mexico, MidAmerica Nazarene and Azusa Pacifc … currently majoring in integrated studies.
