Biography

Enters the 2022 Season fourth on UT’s NCAA era career sacks list (11). 
 
At Utah Tech Fall 2021 (COVID Junior): Played in all 11 games with three starts and racked up 11 total tackles … finished with 2.5 TFLs, including his 11th-career sack  … racked up 11 stops in 11 games last year, including 2.5 TFLs and his 11th-career sack, which came in the season opener vs. Sacramento State (9/4). 
 
At Utah Tech Spring 2021 (Junior): Got the starting nod in three of the four games he played in during the spring … led the defense with four QB hurries and tallied five total tackles (4 solo), 1.5 TFLs and one PBU … also recorded an interception vs. Fort Lewis (3/27) and recovered a fumble in the season opener at Tarleton State (2/27).  
 
At Utah Tech 2019 (Sophomore): Earned honorable mention all-RMAC honors after he broke DSU’s NCAA-era sack record with 10, highlighted by a school-record 4.5 sacks and 13 total tackles in a 28-16 road victory at South Dakota Mines (9/28), which earned him RMAC Defensive Player of the Week honors ... finished with 38 total tackles, including 16 solos stops, 11.5 tackles for loss, and two quarterback hurries. 
 
At Utah Tech 2018 (RS-Freshman): Played in three games but did not record a stat. 
 
At Dixie State 2017 (Freshman): Sat out the season as a redshirt.  
 
At Pine View High School: Earned three varsity letters in football and basketball … led all of Utah HS football with six interceptions as a senior … garnered first team All-Region and All-State honors and Academic All-Region honors … graduated in May 2017.
 
Personal: Born in St. George, Utah … parents are Ryan and Angela Hendrickson … also recruited by Weber State, Southern Utah, San Diego, Adams State, Dakota State, Saint Anselm and William Penn … favorite team is the Pittsburgh Steelers ... favorite player is TJ Watt ... graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting in May 2021, and earned his Master's Degree in Acounting in May 2022.
 
Why I chose Utah Tech: “I chose Utah Tech because I love Saint George, to play for my hometown school, and so my family could come to as many games as possible.”
