Before Utah Tech: Earned two varsity football letters at San Jacinto High School, where he garnered 2024 first team all-league, league defensive MVP, all-CIF D2 and all-Inland Empire honors … finished his senior season with 84 total tackles (36 solo), along with 10.0 TFLs, 3.0 sacks and three interceptions in 10 games … closed out his two-year varsity career with 151 total tackles and 12.0 TFLs … also lettered in basketball and was a second team all-league pick.
