At Moorpark Junior College: 2015 – Appeared in nine games as a sophomore … made 44 tackles and 3.5 sacks … earned second team All-Conference honors.

At Humboldt State: 2012 – Appeared in two games as a freshman.

At Thousand Oaks High School: Earned three varsity football letters … garnered first team All-Marmonte League and All-Ventura County honors … named LA Daily News All-Star … also earned two varsity lacrosse letters … graduated in June 2012.

Personal: Born in West Hills, California … parents are Robert and Dinah Griffin … also recruited by Hawaii, Cal-Poly, South Dakota Mines, and CSU-Pueblo … currently majoring in communication.
