Before Utah Tech: Originally signed at BYU, where he redshirted during the 2024 season … earned four varsity letters in football at Springville High School, where he was a four-time all-region and two-time all-state performer at both center and defensive tackle … was rated a 3-star recruit by 247Sports … racked up 35 sacks, 53.5 TFLs and 257 total tackles over his four-year prep career … was named a U.S. Army All-American as a senior after he posted 83 tackles with 19.5 TFLs and 14.0 sacks.
