Before Utah Tech: Originally signed at BYU out of high school, but did not appear in any games in 2024 … was a three-star rated recruit out of Provo High School by 247Sports, Rivals and ESPN … was rated as the No. 18 recruit in Utah by 247Sports … earned three varsity football letters and helped lead the Bulldogs to a Region 8 title in 2019 … collected first team all-region and second team all-state honors … racked up 47 total tackles with 15 solo stops and one sack during his senior campaign … rushed for 1,301 yards (7.1 ypc) as a junior … earned Honor Roll recognition and was a two-time academic all-region pick.
