Jamie Beckstrand is in her fourth season as an assistant coach for the Dixie State women's swimming team.

Coach Beckstrand swam collegiately at Brigham Young from 2004-08, and competed at the 2006 Division I NCAA Championship meet. She went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Fitness and Wellness, with a minor in Nutrition.

A native of Hesperia, Calif., Coach Beckstrand attended Sultana High School, where she finished third in the CIF in the 100-m breaststroke.
