Justin Mesa

Justin Mesa begins his first season as wide receivers coach at Dixie State. 

Mesa comes to DSU from Loyola High School in Los Angeles, where he served as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for three seasons. In his three seasons at Loyola, Mesa helped turned the program from a 3-6 record to a 9-3 record, producing a 1,500-yard rusher in each season.

Prior to his time at Loyola, Mesa served in various positions at USC from 2008-13, including graduate assistant, tight ends coach, offensive assistant working with quarterbacks and wide receivers, and recruiting and operations assistant.

Mesa earned a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from USC in 2007 and is currently working on a Master's degree in communication management.
