Before Utah Tech: Earned four varsity football letters at Xavier College Prep, where he was earned first team all-league and region Defensive Player of the Year honors … also garnered special teams MVP and second team all-league accolades at wide receiver … finished fifth in the CIF in interceptions during his senior season … also lettered in soccer and track & field and helped lead the Saints to a state track championship.
