At Utah Tech 2022 (RS-Sophomore): Played in all 11 games as the Trailblazers’ primary long snapper … recorded three tackles (two solo) ... earned Academic All-WAC honors.

At Utah Tech Fall 2021 (COVID Freshman): Played in all 11 games as the Trailblazers’ primary long snapper … was credited with one tackle at Delaware (10/30).
 
At Snow College 2020: Was a member of the Badger program for two seasons but did not see any game action. 
  
At Fremont High School: Earned two varsity letters in football for the Silverwolves and was a second team all-region selection … was listed on the honor roll all three years. 
 
Personal: Born in Layton, Utah … parents are David Payan and Jana Blank … also recruited by San Jose State and Morningside University … favorite team is the New England Patriots … favorite player is Tom Brady … currently majoring in exercise science.
