At Dixie State 2018: Played in 23 games with two starts and batted .258 with one double and two RBI … posted a two-hit game with a double and run scored at Concordia-Irvine (4/26) … earned Academic All-PacWest honors … 2017: Started in 11 of 18 games played and batted .342 with one double, five RBI and seven runs scored … recorded a pair of two-hit games in wins at California Baptist (3/17) and vs. Academy of Art (4/7) … 2014: Played in 10 games with four starts and batted .143 with four runs scored.

At Stansbury High School: Was named Utah National Guard Player of the Year after he hit .447 with 10 extra base hits and 12 RBI … helped lead the Stallions to a 17-7 record and an 11-1 region mark.

Personal: Born in Salt Lake City, Utah … parents are Steve and Susy Branch … favorite team is the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim … favorite player is Derek Jeter … currently majoring in business.

Why I chose Dixie State: “I chose Dixie State because I always enjoyed traveling down south to play ball as a little kid, so when I was given the chance to advance into the collegiate level it was an easy choice. I love the weather, and the people here are awesome!”
